2. What is Covered
This warranty strictly applies to defects resulting directly from the production process, including:

· Hardware malfunctions (e.g., buckles, connectors, straps, and fasteners).
· Material defects supplied by our factory that compromise safety standards.
3. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
· Normal wear and tear from extended or rigorous outdoor usage.
· Misuse, abuse, alteration, or modifications made after leaving our facility.
· Improper maintenance or storage contrary to product instructions.
· Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or exposure to extreme chemical elements.
· Design flaws provided directly by the client (for OEM projects).
4. B2B Claims & Resolution Process
As a manufacturing partner, we handle warranty claims directly with our corporate clients (Brand Owners/Distributors). End-consumers should contact their point of purchase.
1. Notification: Submit a written claim within [30 days] of discovering the defect, including batch numbers, photos, or video evidence.
2. Evaluation: Our QA (Quality Assurance) team will review the claim to determine the root cause.
3. Remedy: For validated manufacturing defects, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following solutions:
o Repair or replacement of the defective items.
o Product credits applied to your next production order.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or credit value of the defective products. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.
